I look after all of Lakeland’s social media channels, my focus is mainly on our paid social media advertising. My job involves everything from content creation and planning, to budgeting and reporting and working closely with our Contact Centre colleagues to manage the interactions we get from customers on our channels.

It does feel like a big family, everyone working together for the same goal. I'm really proud to be part of that, and proud of my contributions

Oooh it’s a hard decision! I couldn’t live without my Dry:Soon Heated Airer, especially in winter. But I also love my Trolley Bags and the Cobb Barbecue.
